How To Wipe/Load Blackberry OS Using JL_Cmder

Requirements:

1. Download Desired Blackberry OS and install (uninstall any OS already installed first)
2. Download Latest Blackberry Desktop Manager
3. Download JL_Cmder (INSTALLER: unzip and install to the computer)

Step-by-step Guide

• Make sure to backup your Blackberry Device using the Desktop Manager.
• You can as well backup your 3rd part apps using softwares like BBSAK

• Now go to the JL_Cmder and open it

1. On the first screen press any key to continue
2. Then press 4 to wipe
3. Press Y to continue
4. Now type blackberry to continue

• Now you will get a white screen with 507 Error on your device (don’t panic)
• Navigate to the follow location on your PC:  My Computer > Program Files > Common Files > Research In Motion > AppLoader
• Open the Apploader folder and look for a file name Vendor.xml find it and delete it
• Now  connect your Blackberry device to the computer using a USB cable make sure Desktop Manager is closed

• Now run the Loader.exe it will automatically load the newly installed OS on your device
• Make sure to always do a battery pull (remove the battery and replace it back) after loading an  OS
